  • You can store your receipts for the period of choosing. The storage functionality gets really interesting if you want to access the receipts in a customer portal or an app. Or, perhaps you just want to make sure that everything related to receipts are stored and backed up for future access.

  • Kwick Receipts can email the receipt to the end-customer, or if preferred, why not send the receipt in a text message!

    The email can also be branded with the merchant look in our design tool, which is part for admin in the Merchant portal.

  • As a partner merchant to Kwick Receipts you will get admin access to Marcet, our partner portal. Marcet shows you a range of stats, logs and also a tab for all posted receipts. You can also let your support staff use the Marcet portal, facilitating the support of your end-customers - with smart filter and search functionality.

  • Our developer site is continuously updated with the purpose to make the next export to our API easier and quicker.

  • The world is getting faster and faster. We understand that distribution and access needs to be quick and reliable. Thats why we make sure to have an infrastructure that cater for large volumes and requirements for the modern merchant!

  • A great way for the merchant to comply with laws and regulations and not have to print the receipts. The solution is set up together with the POS and configured to suit your day to day sales routines.

    KwickBin allows for a secure and verified way to not print more receipts than necessary!

  • All receipts are signed and can be validated, to make sure no information has been altered. All communication is encrypted at rest.

    We also follow ISO 27001 for a secure platform.

    There is also a particular GDPR package to make sure that legal requirement related to personal information is handled in a correct manner.

  • Another key feature with the Kwick Receipts platform is the very method of how we are able to provide a scalable large-volume platform for transactions at the same time as we only handle non-personal transactions. No tokens are needed, no registrations, no ID, no need for a user to provide an email etc. With our patented (ref: 1250376-9) technology we are able to do this 100% automatically and smooth.

Merchant Integration - Sending receipts to Kwick

  • Check with your POS

    We have collaboration with a wide range of partner POS systems.

    Start by asking your POS if they have got a plug-in to export to Kwick Receipts API in place.

    With an existing plug-in already, you can go switch on the service and get started in no time. (step 4)

  • Locate Your Information

    If there is no plug-in existing already – no need to worry – Our documentation on the developer site, together with our tech team, will assist the onboarding. What your POS delivery partner will need to do is to locate your receipt information and your terminal info (non-personal and non-sensitive, just the EMV payslip data printed on a regular receipt is needed).

  • Data Communication

    Next step is for you to choose communication protocols and how to send transactions.

    Our recommendation is always to post receipts in real-time, using a standard REST webservice service. If your environment prefers other ways, such as batch or sFTP, we will support that as well!

  • Send

    Congrats. You are all set!

    Your integration to Kwick Receipts is complete and you can send transactions to the Kwick Receipts API. The export works without changing any of your current sales processes, no education is needed, no extra step for ID is introduced etc. You have just improved your service without adding complexity.
